Terrible By: mark burrell, on April 14, 2015 Pros: Cons: "Terrible product which was broken upon arrival. An engineer came out and fixed the initial problem. Since then the drier developed more problems which makes it unsafe to use and the engineer doesn't know how or why it is nor working properly. As the product is describes for the vent to go out of a convenient window this is FALSE information, Hotpoint have since advised me that actually if the vent goes out the window you will get condensed water coming back through the tube. Actually it is a lot of water... |
